Hey Dan,
Great work for the Zappola party last Thursday at the Bon Jovi concert. The food
was great and the setup was impressive. Given the price we paid it was well
worth it. We were all stuffed by the time the concert started. You were
so accomodating, we wouldn't hesitate to use you again. Thanks again,
Anthony, May 2011
Dan put on a fantastic Tailgate Party for us at the last second. We had a group of about 50 people for a USA Soccer game at The Meadowlands, and Dan's Menu (included Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Penne a la Vodka... and his incredible HomeMade Macaroni & Cheese). Everyone was raving about the Food, and Dan's Trailer... filled with great Tailgate Party amenities (including a Tent, about 20 Lounge chairs, multiple Tables, Tailgate Party Games, a boombox & a Sattelite TV), were a huge hit!
Dan and his staff did the entire set-up, as well as cleaned everything up.
Lets just say -- this was a 1st Class Experience, and I am looking forward to working with Dan again in the future... anytime I need to put together a Tailgate Party!
Ben Levine, Dream Events USA, May 2011 I really miss the days when you used to be able to just go to a game and pull into an empty parking spot and tailgate, now with the new parking permits, getting a ticket is sometimes easier. I was excited about bringing my 7 1/2 yr. old to his first game but not nearly as excited as he was. With the game hours away and still no parking pass I came upon Gametime catering's website and let me say what a find. Dan put on a feast probably hard to find anywhere, took all the headaches of finding a parking pass, setting up and tearing down and cooking and now has made tailgating a no brainer. My son had a ball, Dan talked to us like he'd known us all his life. My son's first experience at a game was great starting with Gametime catering right down to the pounding the Giants put on Oakland. I mentioned all this to my co-workers on Monday they couldn't wait to call and check it out. So Dan thanks a million for saving the day and count me in from now on.

Dan-You made my first game a great experience-well, besides the giants pulling it out in OT. The food was amazing the location was great and the fire kept me nice and warm for that cold night game. Thanks for everything. You will definitely see me and more of my buddies again

Dan, Just wanted to say we had a great time at the tailgate. Met some Great people and shared some fantastic food. We will be sure to use your service for every game we attend in the future. If you could forward my info to Jon or Charlie, I would appreciate it. See you next year.

Dan, Thanks for a fantastic time. The food was awesome. The macaroni and cheese was the best I have ever tasted. The kielbasa, shrimp, sausage and peppers, flank steak were all delicious. We met some great fans. There is no doubt that we will be returning.
Thanks,

Dan, My friends, Jeremy and Mike, and I had a fantastic time at your tailgate party last Sunday. The food was delicious and fresh, and the big blue Giants tent was cozy and warm.
I would recommend your tailgate party to all football fans (especially Giants fans)!
Thank you.

| We got there 3 hours before a 4PM game, and Dan already had a massive spread on, plus a TV with the early game. We brought our own beer which went straight into his cooler with heaps of room. We had a blast. |

I usually tailgate myself at Giants games, and find myself hunched over a crappy little BBQ at the back of my car. Never again - whether I'm with one friend or 20, I'm going with Dan as he puts it on better than I ever could - ribs, broil, shrimp, pasta, you name it. Plus, he reheats everything after the game so you can eat and have a few more beers after the game while the traffic dies down.
